Returns Policy
Not what you were expecting? You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Received an incorrect item or defective/damaged item? although we try our hardest for this not to happen, there is always a small chance of human error. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or if the item is damaged in transport. What you need to do:
1. Email a photo to us with an explanation of the problem.
2. We will email a pre-paid return label to you.
3. Once we have received the item:
a. If it is an incorrect item, we will post the correct item to you.
b. If it is defective/damaged, we will inspect the item to ensure it is indeed defective/damaged in transport. If the item is deemed defective/damaged, we will post a new item to you or issue a refund (your choice). If it is deemed to be the customer's fault or not defective and you wish to get the item back, we will require payment for the return postage to us and also payment for re-posting the item to you. If you wish to have a refund instead, we will process a refund, less the cost of the return postage.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping within Australia:
We ship majority of our items via Australia Post, we have 2 options:
Standard Post 2-6 business days + Tracking
Express Post 1-3 business days + Tracking
We also offer pick up if you live locally or if you have someone driving by that can collect for you.
You will be able to check your shipping cost by viewing your shopping cart and clickiing on shipping estimate and filling in state/postcode/country.
For larger items that are not able to be shipped via Australia Post, we have a range of freight/courier companies and we will select the best priced one for you.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post's International Tracked service, You will be able to check your shipping cost by viewing your shopping cart and clickiing on shipping estimate and filling in state/postcode/country.
